What happens during the assessment?
I measure and record the property and collect the evidence required to model its performance using the Government-approved RdSAP methodology for existing dwellings.

Typical visit: around 45–75 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the property.
What you receive
Your official EPC includes the current rating and recommended improvements. Where useful, I can also talk through practical energy-saving measures, likely priorities, carbon reduction and how different measures may affect comfort and running costs.
Why accuracy matters
RdSAP uses measured observations alongside standardised assumptions. Good evidence gathering matters. My approach is to carry out a thorough assessment and explain what the result means in the context of the building.
