Homeowners, landlords and housing providers planning meaningful upgrades — particularly insulation, air-source heat pumps, improved ventilation, solar PV, batteries or a longer-term whole-house programme.
Practical as well as modelled
I combine RdSAP-based understanding with practical retrofit experience and systems thinking. I have also remodelled a traditional UK home incorporating a heat pump, whole-house MVHR, insulation improvements and smart building controls, so I understand the gap that can exist between a neat model and a real property.
